Rukus Avenue signs hip hop star G Yamazawa to management deal

Described by Chairman Sammy Chand as “one of the true success stories of the cultural evolution of Hip Hop,” G Yamazawa, hip hop star from Durham, North Carolina, has signed a management deal with the Rukus Avenue Music Group. The Japanese-American poet and spoken word artist will be managed directly by Sammy Chand and will be focusing on upcoming releases in both American and Japanese music markets.

The artist behind the song “North Cack” and “Dining Room” has been touring the college scene and hip hop circuits for some time before really reaching acclaim a couple years ago.
